The fastest way to reach a human: hi@pubroll.app. We usually reply within a few hours during US Central business hours. Mention the device you're on and what you were doing when the trouble started.

Sign in

Pubroll has no passwords. On mobile, sign in by entering your email and the one-time code we send back. On the web, click the magic link in your inbox. Codes and links expire after a short window, so if one stops working just request a new one.

Not getting the email? Check the spam folder, then add noreply@pubroll.app to your contacts and try again. If it's still missing, email us and we'll send a manual link.

Rolls

A "roll" is a planned group meetup that moves between landmarks. Anyone signed in can create one, drop stops, set a roll-out time, and pick a transport mode (bikes, blades, scooters, walking, running, driving, transit, or mixed).

Publish a roll to make it visible on the public discover map. Keep it as a draft if you only want invited riders to see it. When you're ready to leave a spot, tap "Time to Roll" and everyone in the roll gets a push notification.

Notifications

We send pushes for: RSVPs to rolls you organize, broadcasts from the organizer of a roll you're in, "Time to Roll" alerts, and a one-hour pre-roll reminder. No marketing pushes, ever.

You can turn pushes off entirely in iOS Settings > Pubroll > Notifications. The app still works without push, you'll just need to check in manually.

Location

Live rider locations are only shared during an active roll, and only with other people on that same roll. As soon as the organizer ends the roll, location sharing stops for everyone. We never store rider locations after a roll ends.

Realtime push and live map are unlocked on a roll-by-roll basis, either by purchasing a Roll Pass, by the organizer Boosting the roll, or by holding Pubroll Lifetime. See the in-app prompts for the current price.

Purchases

All purchases run through the App Store. To restore a purchase you've already made on this Apple ID, tap "Restore" in the Pubroll account screen.

Refunds are handled by Apple, not us. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and pick the Pubroll purchase you want a refund on. If Apple says no and you think they got it wrong, email us and we'll see what we can do.

Delete your account

Email hi@pubroll.app with the subject "Delete my account" from the address tied to your Pubroll account. We'll wipe your user record, push tokens, RSVPs, and any rolls you organized within 30 days, and reply when it's done.
