PUBROLL

Privacy

Pubroll is run by Manifest AI Labs (the "operator", "we"). This page explains what we collect, why, and how to get rid of it.

What we collect

When you sign in we store your email address and a display name if you choose to set one. We never ask for or store passwords; authentication is by emailed magic link or one-time code.

When you organize or join a roll, we store the roll's title, start time, stops, and the list of participants who RSVP'd. When an organizer hits "time to roll", we record the timestamp.

On mobile, if you grant notification permission, we store an Expo push token tied to your account so we can deliver the "time to roll" alert.

What we don't collect

No location tracking. No contacts upload. No analytics on third parties. No advertising identifiers.

Who sees your data

Other riders on a roll you've joined can see your display name (or email local-part if you haven't set a name) and your RSVP status.

We use Neon (Postgres hosting), Vercel (web hosting), Plunk (email), and Expo (push relay). Each only sees the slice of data needed to do its job.

Deletion

Email hi@pubroll.app with the subject "delete my account" and we'll wipe your user record, push tokens, RSVPs, and any rolls you organized within 30 days.

Contact
